September 30, 2012
Greetings from Gita, hope everyone is doing well.

I’m still a bit tired from last month’s Newsletter so this one is going to be short.  Thanks for your kind replies. It was great to hear from so many of you.  I always enjoy that.  This is just to let you know that in response to your demands we’ll be resuming the Gita Dinners in October, at Primavera on Monday, October 8, 2012.

Should be a gala event.

The Real Estate Market continues to thrum along.  We continue to see positive movement in the real estate world.  While buyers have had all the best of it for some time now the decrease in real estate inventory has given sellers much encouragement.  Sellers are getting multiple offers, and in some cases, getting above “asking price.”  Your home is probably worth a bit more than it was a year ago.  They tell us that prices have risen at least 5% since last year.

It’s a great time to buy, sell or refinance something.  Let us help you.  We work with Castelli Real Estae Services for Real Estte and work with The Title Company of South Florida for all or your title work needs.  And if you’re thinking of buying or refinancing find how much we can save you on your title insurance and closing costs.

Pictures from practically all previous dinners since 2003 can be found on the GITA website.  From the home page select “Photo Gallery” then select GITA-Dinners. If you’d like prints, suitable for framing, of any of the photos on the website just let me know.

We are hoping to add more member’s business cards to our website. If you’d like us to add your card you need to either send me a card or email me a scan of your card. The more the merrier.

Thanks for your continued support. Hope to see you all very soon.
