February 15, 2009

Greetings from Gita.

We had our first monthly dinner this past Monday and the crowd was very receptive to our new smaller limited seating policy. It was a delightful dinner and featured some fabulous Gita prizes, as usual.

Our next dinner will be on Monday February 23, 2008. The second monthly dinners always draw a more intimate crowd. Very pleasant.

It’s still a good time to be a buyer and not a seller. If a new south Florida home is in your plans this is a great time to be shopping.

If you have questions about short sales or foreclosures or what’s going on in general, call me or any of our talented Gita member Realtors.

The Opera Group meets frequently to view operas. Some are live and others are on film. The opera group will be meeting at a new location at 1300 East Sunrise Blvd. The new location is larger that the previous venue. We are grateful to the Stonewall library for its support of this activity. To get more information and to get your name on their email list you need to get in touch with Dominic Bisignano at [email protected]

Mah Jongg anyone? this ancient game from China combines skill and luck and is played with tiles. If you like cards or board games and a challenge, you will probably enjoy it. Beginners welcome. Contact Keith at 954-832-9403.
